Video Assessments

How It Works

 

You will have discussed the reasons for the referral with your employee so they are aware of it and will have consented to the process. 

 

Please contact us with your details by clicking on the 'Make a Referral' button or by completing the contact form. We will then send you an e-mail with a management referral form to complete and also a consent form which will need to be signed by your employee. When these are both returned to us they will be reviewed by the Occupational Physician within 24 hours of their receipt to ensure the case is suitable for assessment. You will then be sent a link to our secure booking site where you will be able to liaise with your employee to book in, with your employee's name and details, a suitable time for the assessment and then pay to secure it.

 

Please also note that by booking and paying for the appointment time you are confirming the availability of your employee for attending the assessment at that time. You can reschedule or cancel the appointment up to 48 hours before the booked time, however short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment time) or 'no shows' will be liable for the full assessment fee remaining payable

 

After the booking you will receive an immediate email confirming the reserved appointment time and date. This email will also contain the link for the secure video assessment that your employee will need to click on to access the assessment at the allotted time. You will need to forward this to your employee and check they fully understand how to access the video assessment at the booked date and time.  A reminder e-mail for the assessment will also be automatically sent 2 days prior to the appointment. If the employee fails to engage with the video assessment then 3 attempts to contact by telephone will be attempted before the assessment will be classed as a 'no show'

 

With a successful occupational health assessment having been completed an occupational health report will be sent to you in line with your employees consent within 3-5 working days. As part of our aim for excellent customer service to you, any queries or clarifications you have can subsequently be provided but please note if this extends beyond 15 minutes of the Occupational Physician's time this will then have to be charged at an pro-rata hourly rate, which will be advised to you
