How It Works

 

You will have discussed the reasons for the referral with your employee so they are aware of it and will have consented to the referral process. 

 

Please contact us with your details and information by clicking on the 'Make a Referral' button or completing the contact form and we will send you an e-mail with a link to complete a secure management referral form to return to us. The employee will then be sent a secure link allowing them to complete consent forms for the process and to obtain a medical report from their GP or Specialist. Please note these consent forms must be fully completed and signed by your employee or we will not be able to proceed with this process.

 

On receipt of the GP or Specialist medical report we will then interpret the supplied medical information from the occupational heath perspective taking into account their job role and the information you have supplied in your referral. This will enable professional advice to be provided in the form of an occupational health report and recommendations.

Please note that in addition to the quoted costs of the paper review assessment by the Occupational Physician there will be disbursement costs payable to the GP or Specialist for their professional report and you will be advised of these costs for your full authorisation before proceeding. 

 

Please also note that in very complex, complicated cases an extended file review appointment or a direct assessment with an Occupational Physician may be recommended with additional costs involved. These costs will again be advised to you for your full authorisation before proceeding.
